The Bläckwood Archive preserves investigative records associated with incidents, locations, and recurring patterns relevant to ongoing Archive review.
Materials authorized for public release may include investigative case files, recovered audio, witness testimony, environmental evidence, historical records, supplemental documentation, and approved Narrative Reconstructions.

Some investigations remain incomplete. Some classifications remain disputed. Additional records are restricted pending verification and review.

SCHIPPERS — PRE-ARCHIVE CASE RECORD

The following historical investigations were conducted by former licensed private investigator D.A. Schippers prior to his formal retention by the Bläckwood Archive.

At the time, the cases were handled as ordinary missing-person, criminal, search-and-rescue, or unexplained investigations.

The Archive later identified reasons to preserve them together.

No single case explains why.

The Archive has authorized public circulation of Narrative Reconstruction BV-2018-1031-003, prepared from recovered records, witness testimony, environmental evidence, and historical documentation.

On Halloween night, a group of campers entered a forest long avoided by local residents.

By morning, not all of them returned.

Recovered testimony, environmental evidence, and historical records indicate the deaths were neither random nor unprecedented.

More importantly, the evidence suggests those who entered the forest were not treated equally.

The forest remembers.

The accounting had already begun.
