2.4 Modification and Discontinuation of Services
Iron Dog LLC reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, products, services, content, features, or functionality, with or without notice.
Iron Dog LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services, except as required by applicable law.
3. Payment and Billing

4. Refund Policy

Physical Products: Refunds or exchanges are permitted within 30 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Company error.

Digital Products: All sales are final once access has been granted. Refunds may be considered within seven (7) days if technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Subscriptions: Refunds are not offered for partial billing periods. Customers may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled ship date.

All characters, events, and narratives are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. We do not knowingly permit minors to access our services.
6.2 User-Generated Content
If you post comments, reviews, theories, fan content, artwork, or participate in community discussions on our platforms (including website forums, social media, or Patreon), you grant Iron Dog LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from your content in connection with the Bläckwood series and our marketing efforts.

6.2.1 Fan Content and Canon
User-generated content, including fan theories, artwork, commentary, or other creative contributions, does not constitute official canon of the Bläckwood series unless expressly stated in writing by Iron Dog LLC.
Iron Dog LLC retains sole and exclusive authority to define, modify, and determine all official storylines, characters, lore, and canon related to the Bläckwood universe.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Dog LLC is not liable for:
